Bowling

We walked to St. James Bowling Lanes on Portage Avenue this morning. The air was crisp and there was fresh snow on the side walk. We made prints in the snow with our boots and we noticed other prints...animal prints. We decided they belong to squirrels because the prints went across yards and to the bottom of a tree where they disappeared!

It took us about 30 minutes to walk to the bowling alley. Once we arrived we were amazed at how our clothes glowed under the black light. 

We had to show patience when waiting our turn. We spent the time encouraging our friends and cheering them on.

We had to figure out whose turn it was by looking at the score board and identifying our name. If our name was flashing then it was our turn.

Some of us had never bowled before and were a bit unsure at first. After a few rolls we really got into it!
