Salsa!

Even though the weather has gotten colder that did not hurt our gardens! They are still producing yummy fresh vegetables for us to enjoy! 

Today we made fresh salsa! 

We cut up tomatoes, green peppers, green onions and yellow onions.

Once it was all cut up we blended it.

We bought some whole grain taco chips to eat with it. 

Everyone had their no thank you bite. 

A few children liked it so much they had 2-3 helpings! 

Our salsa got a big thumbs up😀
