Pancit

We chopped so many fresh garden vegetables to make Pancit.



Chopping rainbow carrots.



Cabbage. 


More cabbage and red onion. We also chopped green onion and celery. It took a lot of patience and concentration to use our fine motor skills to chop up all our vegetables.


Then we added noodles, bbq pork, chicken and seasonings. We mixed it together and then it was ready to serve.

There were only a few of us around to try the pancit on Wednesday.



But do not worry we saved all the left overs to share with the rest of the class tomorrow.
