Kildonan Park

Kildonan park was a fantastic but hot field trip. We found lots of shade while exploring the forest path ways inside the park.

We found some geese,

And ducks!

We stayed and watched the ducks, we saw them swim, look for food and take a nice rest on a fallen log in the water.

Next we explored the flowers, they all smelled so nice!

Say cheese!!!

Mrs. Thwaites ran away from us, so we chased her up the hill.

So close to catching her..... Nope she was too fast!

Tried climbing some trees.

Found a really neat caterpillar.

A few pieces of nature that we thought were so cool.

We also found another tree to hug, this one took all 16 of us to make it around the tree.

A big hill we climbed up, it took a lot of determination to make it all the way up,

And down!

We found some hills to roll down.

We took a lot of water breaks!

A great field trip!

Note: please remember to send cutlery in your child's lunch during the summer. We do not provide cutlery while on field trips.
