Morning sound farm

Our first summer bus field trip was a huge success.

All the children followed the rules of the bus! Way to be responsible School Age 1.

When we first arrived we were greeted by Mrs. Farmer, she told us about what our day at the farm would be like. The children learned many new things about life on the farm.

Our first stop of the day was the hay ride.

We drove out to the cattle farm and learned about how to raise cows.

Next we headed over to the horse rides and the first barn.

Next we had lunch.

After we had full bellies we followed Mr. Farmer to the pig pen.

Guess what he fed the pigs???

Popcorn!!

Mr. Farmer shearing the sheep.

We each got a small piece of wool to take home.

Next we learned about goats and goats milk.

Feeding chickens.

The last thing we did before our day ended at the farm was exploring the second barn.

Feeding a baby cow.

We are guessing the the big horse was hungry.....because he keep trying to eat our hats!!!

We found some grass for him so he would stop eating our hats.

We also tried to take home some animals....they were wearing daycare hats so we thought they belonged with our group😜

Have a great weekend!
