Crazy for zucchini!

We have been very lucky to have such wonderful neighbors and families that share their plentiful gardens with us. This week we received 6 big zucchini's from Mrs. Thwaites parents and Miss. Cottrell neighbors.

The teachers found some really cool recipes and we helped make them. 

The first thing we made was Cheesy garlic zucchini bread!

Next we made Zucchini Spaghetti 

We were very luck that Miss. Curtis from preschool one had this really cool vegetable spaghetti maker and she let us borrow it.

Here are the recipes if you would like to try them at home. (We didn't make our spaghetti zucchini with Alfredo sauce like in the recipe we just used pasta sauce.)
